Speed-Trap’s Customer Insight Platform (CIP) brings together three key functions into an integrated suite of applications, interfaces and datamarts:

Speed-Trap uses a smart Web 2.0/ Ajax application that is very quick and easy to deploy. It connects to a page being viewed and captures all of the information on the interactions of that user with the page – this includes actions (clicks, text entry, selections, scrolling and more), their environmental information (network speed, machine type and so on) and even the actual content they are viewing.
  • Transform - business and behavioural models to convert this online customer experience data into business events and customer insight. Speed-Trap’s "post-capture" application of business logic is important as it means you do not have to do all the normal "tag management" and "variable configuration" tasks associated with competitor products.
