IS Solutions appreciates that organisations depend on the availability of their IT systems – since our formation in 1985, we have grown in tandem with the broader importance of IT in business and support services have been a key part of that growth.  We also realise that an application doesn’t have to be mission critical to cause serious disruption if it becomes unavailable.

Our experience has developed against a constantly shifting landscape of systems priorities.  We have worked with multiple operating systems on a variety of hardware platforms and our most recent application development experience in web and e-commerce systems has also positioned us uniquely for the take-on and support of applications that we have not developed ourselves.  We have a rigorous approach to the support of all applications and offer added-value services such as configuration, performance tuning, security testing and disaster recovery.

We will work with you to jointly define and agree your applications support requirements and offer a flexible approach that allows you to expand the available range of services as required.

Prices are dependent on the size and nature of the application and your needs for its support.  We operate an open book policy for application support contracts with prices for engineers starting at £250 per day.
