We seek a passionate, innovative systems engineer to work on projects and systems, in house and at clients, on installation, configuration, management and support of our web analytics solutions.

Responsibilities

·         Install, configure and integrate system and application software components for both in-house systems and systems on client site

·        Ensure configuration management standards are maintained & improved

·         Assist the sales team to design the system configurations for analytics solutions

·         Assist in the production of technical proposals/specifications to meet the requirements

·         Test and review to ensure quality is maintained

·         Deliver and maintain technical documentation

·         Provide technical support to the operations manager and other team members

·         Provide ongoing support to applications teams

·         Provide training/mentoring to team members

·      Report to the Operations and Project Management and provide regular progress updates
