An experienced web professional with exceptional project and client management skills, to manage and deliver web development projects and manage post-implementatiion support for a major account.

Responsibilities:

Project Management

• Manages multiple projects that may vary in size, both in terms of team size and delivery timeframe.
• Project planning and control, including budgeting, task scheduling, and deployment of resources to ensure delivery of solution.
• Guides team through risk evaluation and project changes, ensuring planned outcomes are achieved and IS Solutions’ contractual position is maintained.
• Reports to management regularly, escalating issues and requirements in a timely manner.
• Delivers to project scope and plan, meeting committed schedules and budgets.
• Manages post-implementation support, ensuring that incidents are readily addressed

Client Focus

• Builds relationship with client, developing an in-depth understanding of their ecommerce/marketing strategy and converting potential opportunities into value added projects.
• Gathers client requirements, identifies solutions and evaluates project plan against implementation issues and readiness.
• Communicates project plan effectively to all stakeholders and gains agreement.
• Manages communications between client, 3rd party suppliers, and internal resources, to facilitate successful delivery of the project.

People Management

• Resources project with appropriate team and successfully delivers project to committed resource levels.
• Supports and motivates project team, particularly when resolving project issues.
• Seeks to develop skills and experience of team members in line with their career goals.
