REQUIREMENTS

Skills and Attributes

Relevant technical degree or equivalent.
Proven interpersonal skills in a consultancy environment.
Ability to work independently, without supervision and as part of a team.
Proven commercial SAS development experience (minimum 2 years), including DI Studio, Base SAS with SAS Macros and at least 4 of the following:
- SAS 9 platform
- Enterprise Guide
- Stored processes
- Web Report Studio
- BI Dashboards
- Information Map Studio
- Information Delivery Portal
- Installation and Upgrade of SAS components
- Platform manager (LSF)
Knowledge of web technologies including HTML and JavaScript.
Awareness of web processes and analytics e.g. SEO, Google Analytics, Urchin.
Evidence of learning new technologies.
Flexible, hardworking and a fast learner.

Due to rapidly growing demand for SAS Customer Experience Analytics (CXA) we need to recruit a customer focused SAS Specialist for our Analytics Division, which provides market-leading Business Intelligence and web analytics solutions to analyse and improve client interactions. For the right candidate this position will provide experience of SAS CXA and related web technologies.

Responsibilities

Providing design, development and support skills for all aspects of SAS CXA.
Liaising with clients to investigate issues.
Deliver to project scope and plan, meeting committed schedules and budgets.
Help support delivered solutions.
Liaise with management, colleagues and SAS to deliver quality projects and support.
Must keep skills up to date with relevant products and technologies.
Share knowledge and encourage co-workers.
